MyBabyMoments is a 100% digital service. We do not deliver physical products, we do not ship wooden frames or printed certificates: all content is generated and downloaded in digital format (PDF).

2. Information We Collect

To create certificates and provide the service we collect:

• Account data: name, email, password (encrypted) and an optional profile picture.
• Baby data you voluntarily enter: name, date and time of birth, weight, city and photo (if you upload one).
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and visited pages, to improve the service.
• Payment data: if you purchase credits, processing is done by PayPal or Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

3. Use of Children's Data

We understand the sensitivity of children's data. Therefore:

• We do not commercialize databases of children's information.
• We do not use baby data for targeted advertising or segmentation.
• Only you (the parent or guardian who created the account) have access to the generated certificates.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: create certificates, manage your account, process payments, send you service-related notifications, respond to your inquiries, and improve the platform.

5. Sharing Information

We do not share your data with third parties except: (a) essential service providers such as payment processors (PayPal, Stripe) and email providers (Mailgun); (b) when a competent authority legally requires us to. In all cases we demand confidentiality.

6. Your Rights

At any time you can:

• Access the data we have about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Export a copy of your certificates in digital format.

Data is stored on secure servers with in-transit encryption (HTTPS) and periodic backups. We limit internal access to authorized staff only.
