1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MyBabyMoments you accept these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. Nature of the Service

The service allows you to:

• Generate personalized digital certificates with your baby's data.
• Download certificates in PDF format to print on your own if desired.
• Access editorial content (blogs, guides) related to parenting.
• Does NOT include printing, frames, postal shipping or any physical product.

3. User Account

To create certificates you need an account. By registering you agree to:

• Provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password.
• Be responsible for all activities performed from your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Some certificates require credits. Credits are purchased via PayPal or Stripe and are automatically credited to your account after successful payment.

Purchased credits are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable once used. If a technical error prevents their use, contact us and we will resolve it.

5. Refund Policy

Since this is a digital product delivered immediately, refunds are evaluated case by case. You will be entitled to a refund if:

• You paid for credits and could never use them due to a technical error attributable to us.
• There was a verifiable duplicate charge.
• The service had a prolonged outage that prevented you from accessing what you purchased.

6. User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload (baby name, photo, data). By uploading it you grant us a limited license to process it solely to generate your certificate. You retain all rights to your content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Upload offensive, inappropriate content or content about minors without parental consent.
• Resell or redistribute generated certificates as if they were part of the service.
• Attempt to access other people's accounts or compromise system security.

8. Intellectual Property

The designs, templates, logos and code of MyBabyMoments are our property. By generating a certificate you obtain a personal unlimited-use license of the downloaded file, but not of the base design for resale.

9. Limitation of Liability

MyBabyMoments is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service is error-free or available uninterruptedly. We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

10. Account Closure

You can close your account at any time from your profile. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, with prior notification when possible.

11. Changes and Contact
